Excellent

Pros: Just read the reviews! This product is outstanding. Long cables help with large motherboards and unusual cases, quality connectors, and a very high quality output under load makes this PSU an excellent choice.
Cons: N/A
It works most of the time, the fan is annoying

Pros: It works most of the time, USB 3.0 speeds means it's really not any noticeably slower than when my drive was used internally.
Cons: Occasionally the fan doesn't quite spin up all the way, and the device doesn't register as having been attached to the computer...this has only happened a couple of times however, and a quick turning it off and back on seems to resolve it. The real con here is that this thing is not only loud, but the sound it makes is ANNOYING. The fan has a constant buzzing noise that drives me up the wall. I've wound up ordering a Vantec Nexstar which is designed to be a giant heatsink and eliminate the need for a fan.
Overall Review: People are correct about the Blue LEDs, they are extremely bright, but then all blue LEDs are. Generally I don't notice because I actually keep this device on the floor.
Excellent

Pros: It is small, silent, and still cools the hard drive passively (the entire case is a heatsink). USB 3.0 means a fast throughput. This is everything that the "toaster" style adapters aren't.
Cons: none.
Overall Review: This is not an adapter that is designed for swapping drives in and out. That should be obvious just by looking at the product description. This is designed to have a single (previously) internal drive mounted into it.
Fast, high quality RAM

Pros: XMP profile works perfectly, currently running at 7-8-7-24 2T at a little over 1700MHZ, no errors on 5 hour memtest and voltage is only at 1.3 (memory is rated for 1.5). Really outstanding.
Cons: none for me, this stuff is really slick.
Quality product

Pros: High capacity hard drive, not very loud, and decent speed.
Cons: N/A
Overall Review: I've been using Western Digital for years with their 10k drives, it's nice to see the 7200's working so well too.
Clicking within 3 days

Pros: High capacity
Cons: It started off a little loud, then after 3 days of use the clicking and rattling started. I returned to Newegg for exchange with a Western Digital.
Overall Review: I never much trusted Seagate Hard Drive quality, this is a holdover from the early 90's. I decided this time to give them a shot because they're so huge now they must make a decent product or they'd be out of business. It's an anecdotal situation, but suffice to say I'm not impressed.
