From a fellow reprapper

RepRap Prusa i2 3D Printer Kit
RepRap Prusa i2 3D Printer Kit

Pros: This is a first class kit. These are the right parts and no shortcuts were taken.

Cons: You still have to do your homework, have patience, be precise.

Overall Review: I do not know the seller at all. Gathering up these part is especially difficult for someone with no experience building 3d printers, and it's very easy to make incorrect purchasing decisions along the way. If I were building another printer, this kit pretty much duplicates what I would be looking for. Well done.

Great Drive... Dismal Support

G.SKILL FALCON 2.5" 128GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) FM-25S2S-128GBF1
G.SKILL FALCON 2.5" 128GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) FM-25S2S-128GBF1

Pros: Mostly, on a good day it's fast.... Very Fast.

Cons: Firmware updates are locked up tighter than Fort Knox.

Overall Review: These things are bleeding edge. Firmware updates are to be expected. There's an upgrade 'available' for this guy, but you have to join the gskill forum to get it. Then, you have to wait until the moderators get in the mood to approve your membership. One new member was just approved after waiting 20 days. Meanwhile, we suffer. Be sure to check the forums before deciding to purchase this brand. If you have this drive, and have the new firmware, please consider posting it somewhere like softpedia so that the rest of us may get our hands on it in spite of the manufacturer.

Never worked. Never will

ASUS Z87-DELUXE/DUAL LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS Z87-DELUXE/DUAL LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Looks very good on paper. Virtually every feature you can imagine. Looks like maybe it's discontinued. Too little, too late.

Cons: Purchased from a big box store on 1/1/2014. Flaky at best. After upgrading the bios to 1707, buying another Core I7, just in case, swapping out ram, changing drivers ad-infinitum the thing was never stable. Sound never worked, so Asus replaced the board for that reason, but reliability was never anything but a dream. Asus came up with a new bios, but none of the four ways provided to upgrade it would work, so I purchase pre-programmed bios chips from Asus and some guy on a huge auction site. Would not post. Same result with either new chip. Asus is willing to 'fix' this one, but won't do another advance replacement. So, I bought a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H as my own advance replacement. 5 stars on that one. Received it yesterday. Best I could overclock the Asus board was 4.3Ghz. The Gigabyte autoclocked at 4.7Ghz. The error log is empty and.... well.... when the Asus board does come back I'll let it go cheap. Interested?

Overall Review: I love my asus routers, asus monitors, etc., but It'll be a long time before I waste a big chunk of my life wrestling with an Asus motherboard.

Shaving foam required

Emjoi RotoShave Rechargeable Electric Shaver w/ Extra Roller Pack, 9 Rotating Blades & Spiral Windings
Emjoi RotoShave Rechargeable Electric Shaver w/ Extra Roller Pack, 9 Rotating Blades & Spiral Windings

Pros: It works, I suppose

Cons: The world doesn't really need an electric shaver that requires foam. Either way, you still have to drag it across your face and you can't use this on in your car when you realize that you left home without shaving.

Overall Review: I admit that I didn't read the ad details carefully before buying this and still haven't. It simply never occurred to me that someone would try to market an electric shaver that isn't 'portable'.
