Pros: This phone gets an excellent signal where my much nicer Android Galaxy gets nothing. I got it for my middle-school-aged kid, he loves its features, and his friends think it looks awesome. The battery lasts forever, and it's tough as nails. I'm really satisfied, considering it was SO cheap.

Cons: This is a very basic phone, the manual isn't very good, the sound quality on the MP3 player isn't iPhone-quality, and the camera doesn't take super-sharp images...BUT this phone completely blows away anything else the same bottom-rung price range.

Overall Review: I bought this phone for my middle-school-aged kid, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. People in other reviews complain about not being able to adjust the volume -- the volume adjustment is on the "I" and "O" (as denoted by the "-" and "+" on the keys). This isn't listed in the manual, but it isn't *that* counter-intuitive.
