Solid cheap fans

ARCTIC F12 PWM PST - Value Pack (5pc) - Standard Low Noise PWM Controlled Case Fan with PST Feature
ARCTIC F12 PWM PST - Value Pack (5pc) - Standard Low Noise PWM Controlled Case Fan with PST Feature

Pros: Cool my computer well Not very loud

Cons: They feel very cheap in your hand No RGB

Overall Review: The fans have done their job of cooling my computer while being reasonably quiet. They feel cheap when touching them and they have no RGB, but for what they cost, it is a solid deal.

Didn't help, not a good product

Cooler Master NotePal LapAir Laptop Cooling Pad with Comfy Sponge Mat, Up to 17"
Cooler Master NotePal LapAir Laptop Cooling Pad with Comfy Sponge Mat, Up to 17"

Pros: I honestly can't think of any pros.

Cons: Underneath cushioning is not comfortable. Top is slick and won't keep laptop from constantly sliding. Didn't cool down my computer but actually increased the temperatures.

Overall Review: I had high hopes for this but it completely failed. Feels very cheaply made. I am in the midst of returning this item for a refund and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very Good laptop

ASUS - 15.6" - Intel Core i7-4700HQ - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760M - 12 GB DDR3 - 1TB HDD - Windows 8 64-bit - Gaming Laptop (N56JR-EH71 )

Pros: The screen is very nice at 1080p Fast boot up, even without a SSD Plays my games at high graphical settings(Star Wars The Old Republic being my most demanding game) Very nice keyboard with good back lighting Feels well built and is good looking

Cons: Gets hot when playing the Star Wars game at highest settings(CPU 92 Celsius max, GPU 82 Celsius max) Windows 8 is vastly different from previous Windows(at first) Battery life is not very long when gaming or streaming video

Overall Review: I really like this laptop. It has some cons but not a lot. Fixed the Windows 8 setup with Classic Shell so it is like Windows 7 desktop, but took a while to get things how I liked it. The battery life can be issue depending on if I am near an outlet or not, but I still don't like having to carry the batter anywhere I plan on playing games or watching streaming video for long durations. The heat is my only real concern though. I use it on a hard flat surface and still get the above temperatures. I have ordered two laptop coolers, returning first one because it didn't help at all. Hopefully that will cure the heat issues. However, the heat issue is more that I am concerned about how long the laptop will last. It is not causing any system issues and is under the threshold for the CPU and graphics card. Everything else is good. The picture is excellent quality, it plays all the games I use at the highest settings, is fast both booting up and when doing all other activities. The HDMI output is nice, as are the 4 USB ports. Lastly, the WIFI on it is superb. I get excellent connections both at hotels and home. Actually faster than my desktop which is connected by ethernet cable.
