Perfect Rails! Smooth glide, far extension out of rack for full length chassis, easy install for novice. BUY THEM ALREADY
Pros: I bought the large/deep Rosewill RSV-L4000 chassis, to house my desktop computer. I was concerned about finding a 3rd party rail, since the Rosewill rails had such terrible reviews. These things were super simple to assemble in the rack (this is my first time ever building a server rack). They slide so easily and feel very sturdy. If I have to buy more rails, these will be the first thing to go into my cart. - Sturdy - Smooth Gliding - Extend far out of the rack, to open up server chassis - Easy installation - Easily adjustable
Cons: NONE.
Overall Review: I can't recommend these highly enough. Again, I am a novice, building a home lab server rack because I've wanted to for years. These are the first rails I've ever used, and I can't imagine the need to use others, as long as the dimensions line up. I will return to this brand in the future, when looking for other products, based on such a great experience with this item. BUY THEM!
Terrible Monitor
Pros: none.
Cons: I bought two of these monitors and over the course of 3 years, BOTH of these monitors suffered the same fate of the monitor blacking out. That my friends is a manufacture defect. The fact that both went out is ridiculous. Don't buy viewsonic. Their technology is awful. I have dell monitors that are older and crappier that still work and my two new viewsonic monitors both crapped out.
Great External Drive
Pros: Disk goes into low power mode when not in use, this is a PRO because it gives the disk longevity over the long run. Why would you need a hard disk to be spinning actively if it's not in use? Honestly some of the cons people say are so ridiculous. The USB cable is plenty long for the fact that this thing just sits there quietly until I need it to do something. This is a plugged in unit. THAT IS NOT A CON, it's specification.
Cons: NONE
Overall Review: I've had the drive for over 2 years and have had zero problems. I bought two more of the Elements because I'm so satisfied with my 1st one. 6TB of space that I'm eager to fill up. This is the model of drive that i'll be using for a long long time.
Solid Machine
Pros: I've used this for the past semester in college and it's made taking notes amazing clean and simple. That is my favorite part about it. I'm in chemical engineering so i can't just take notes with a keyboard so using the stylus on this is a necessity and it responds perfectly to the pen touch. It's as fast as it needs to be for running office type software. I'm a gamer and am sad this doesnt play them a bit better, but it wasn't designed for them so that's not a con. As a tablet it is excellent.
Cons: the 'z' key on the separate keyboard keeps coming off. but warranty will fix that. so basically if that's the worst that i can say about this machine then I'm 100% happy. :)
Overall Review: I run MS Office, Engineering applications and photoshop. It does everything well (but graphic intensive games).
