Pros: Solid board, worked without significant tweaks/updates right out of the box. It sounds like lots of folks are having difficulty with memory pairing. Cons: I've had some NIC port flapping and can't pin down if it's related to the hardware or a FreeNAS bug. It isn't significant and doesn't seem to affect performance but my security logs are calling it out a few times a week which is a little suspect. I've swapped cables but no joy.

Pros: Purchased 5 of these for a NAS build and they all are working great and are surprisingly quiet. Surprised at the build quality of these after burning through a bunch of Seagate 3TB drives with various issues.

Cons: None so far... fingers crossed.

Overall Review: I need a sixth to convert to RAID Z2. :)
