love it

Pros: inexpensive, slim design, inexpensive, warranty, inexpensive, cleans great my socks are WHITE again!!!!
Cons: I don't have anyone else to push this around the floor for me
Overall Review: I have owned 5 or 6 different steamers....they all leak/spit hot water (this is how the gloor gets clean) My favorite was the haan like another reviewer suggested, but for $120 MORE (my haan died after 3 months, was issued a replacement and that one died too) I am placing an order for a few more because I do not anticapate them lasting (based on past experience with 6 other steamers)even though I use distilled water to prevent mineral build up, but for $20...who cares?? I could buy 7 of these or 1 haan....
great

Pros: Cleans great
Cons: lost it in a move
Overall Review: This is not a grout cleaner and NO steam mop is equipped to do that. You can sit on your hands and knees with a toothbrush and bleach and your grout will still not get clean................grout is POUROUS, it is CEMENT and it belongs OUTSIDE on your sidewalks where you can powerwash it!!!!!!!!!!! If your grout has never been sealed, forget it, you have to paint it (some products call it grout stain, but it is a paint and it will seal it for about a year or so until you have to do it again...... cement belongs outside as I stated earlier............don't expect miracles from any steamer with grout. Blame your new home builder or contractor for not suggesting you seal your grout before you live with it!!!!!!!!!!!!
