Video EDITING software

Pros: This is software to EDIT video. Not to play disks. Handles HD from my Canon Studio camera and creates either DVD or BluRay level videos
Cons: Only runs on 1 PC and is not transferable like the $600 version. If you are looking to Play Blurays, get software to PLAY Bluerays!
Overall Review: Good starting point. Sony also has upgrades available to take this to the $600 level.
Intermittant Packet drops

Pros: Real Metal case with traditional wall wart PS.
Cons: Drops connectivity an average of several dropouts per minute
Overall Review: Not recommended due to assumed poor build quality.
Poor quality keyboard combined with poor cust service

Pros: It has a built in SD card reader. Handy for floor mounted pcs
Cons: Very poor build quality. Keys stick. Attempts to return direct to Adesso took 2 weeks just to get RMA form 2 days after warranty expired
Overall Review: I have built HUNDREDS of pcs as part of my business. The only company worse than Adesso for RMA is Tiger Direct (Never pays out on rebates) and Midwest micro which is finally defunct
good for Qnap TS-269L ram

Pros: Works fine in Qnap TS-269L NAS for memory expension which uses an Atom processor
Cons: none noted
surprisingly fast

Pros: VERY fast powerup. Fast internet surfing. Faster than my dual quadcore workstation on a 5 mb connection as far as facebook is concerned. Perfect for my wife to check Facebook & email and light text editing
Cons: Its a pain to setup an internet printer.
Overall Review: I never expected this thing to be faster on facebook than a 8 core workstation. My wife loves it. 8 to 9 hours battery life is yet another big plus
Excellent value for engineering

Pros: Very well constructed mechanically and cooling wise. High reliability, low acoustic noise. You can add a second cpu for 12 full cores for heavy loads such as engineering or video rendering. Available refurbished for < $1000. We now have 6 in various configurations.
Cons: $5000 is not the real price. The real price is closer to $1000 and $400 of that is the Quadro 4000 professional video card. Memory configurations can be confusing when running dual sockets.
Overall Review: Never let a gamer review a real computer. They do NOT have a clue about what makes a computer useful. When you earn a living from the computer it is a tool and reliability is MORE important than speed. (especially temporary speed) I expect these to still be running years after the gamers machine has burned up.
Very low opinion.
Sold a 1-2 year old heavily used motherboard with dust and corroded connectors as new. and at a premium price
