Pros: The physical appearance of the Laptop is spectacular inside and out.
There are 2 hard drive bays inside the laptop. It is not like the acers of the past where you had to remove the optical drive to add a second hard drive.
It was very easy to create a restore dvd set.
Very solid keyboard and touchpad.
There is an open memory slot, and and internal expansion slot (mini pci-e).
Cons: There is not a hard drive caddy in the second sata hard drive bay. I also cannot locate the part or part #.
1600x900 screen resolution.
5400rpm HDD is painful these days. A complete restore would take more than an hour.
If fingerprints bother you, pass on this laptop.
Other Thoughts: If you're not a gamer, and you want a SOLID performer, do yourself a favor and throw an SSD drive in the first bay. You will then need to track down the caddy to move the 500gb into the second bay.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The product is amazing. This card runs at 1200mhz gpu 6600mhz memory with a very minor adjustment to fan speed and power.
Cons: The registration process was somewhat scary. Their website didn't recognize my S/N. I had to send support a copy of my invoice and the information off the box to "prove" to them it was an actual S/N. This made me very nervous.
Other Thoughts: I5 2500k, 8gb ram, 64gb SSD, GTX 680 Pulls constant 60FPS max settings in Battlefield 3 multiplayer 64p maps.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 835mhz goes up to 975mhz with only a little bit extra power using Msi Afterburner. Very good performance (60 FPS) on BF3 1080p as long as you turn off AA.
Cons: Performance per buck is lacking now that 600 series are being released.
Other Thoughts: Max load at 1.075v 975mhz core clock running bf3 hard the card gets up to 68c. This is a very nice card.READ FULL REVIEW
