Great Customer Supoort!
Pros: Don't let the bad reviews of this PSU fool you, it works great. Ive used one for ~4 years before it died on me. Never had a single hiccup up until the point it died on me, which lasting that long, I really cant complain about. Great Customer service, see other thoughts.

Overall Review: When this psu originally died on me, I shrugged my shoulders and stuck it in a closet, replaced it with another brand, and pretty much forgot about it. A couple PSUs and a few builds and year(s) later, I was scavenging for computer parts and rediscovered this psu. After gaining some experience and dealing with several failed psus, and terrible customer service from other companies that dragged their feet on the repairs, and only repaired them well enough to last for the duration of the warranty period, I decided to see if these PSUs were still in production. Sure enough, they were, but instead of dishing out the full $100 to grab one, I emailed apevias customer support and asked for a repair estimate. Instead of a repair they sent me a refurb for less than half the price of a new one, upon the receipt of my old psu. Also, the communication time was really quick, im talking a reply within a couple minutes for several of the emails i sent. (I tend to get as much info as I can before I buy something). TL:DR: Customer support is awesome, they get back to you quickly, and answer any questions you may have. Also, the customer support isnt outsourced, huge plus in my book.
