Great Flash Drive!
Pros: 8megs gives plenty of storage space for your files. I haven't bench tested the true speed but after using it I have no need to. It's fast. Opening and closing mechanism operates great and am over-all happy with this product.
Cons: If you have a couple of USB plugs side by side, it can be a tight fit plugging it in but I still give this thing top rating.
Overall Review: Reviews on other sites have said that the stick jammed closed and they couldn't get it open. I found the simplist way to open and close this thing is: when opening, place your thumb on top and slide it back then forward, when closing it, don't try to slide it forward from the top, push forward from the back then pull it back towards you. This may sound confusing but once you get it, it's really simple and smooth.
Worst experience ever.
Pros: Small footprint. Easy to pick up and smash into the ground if you get frustrated with it.
Cons: By far the worst scanner I've ever used. I want to note that this could have been a defective item but I wasn't about to risk getting another one and having the same issues. The software utilities leave a very bad after effect on your computer even after uninstall. Followed directions, and tried scanning. I couldve honestly drew better free handed compared to what this thing did. I tried adjusting every setting with no true change to output quality. Called customer support only to talk to a guy that I believe doesnt work at Xerox customer support and just happened to walk into their office and pick up the phone when I called because he was clueless. Felt like I wasted my time with this company. Purchased it because I thought there was actually quality behind the Xerox name and I was mistaken.
Overall Review: First let me say that this product was ordered through my company and I had no say in where they ordered it from so they got it from C-D-W. I would've told them to get it from Newegg. Newegg is awesome and I order most of my items from them. I went ahead and rolled the dice and purchased a Brother ImageCenter AD-2000 and LOVE IT!!! Install driver, plug in scanner, put document in, push one button and it actually scans perfectly! Just placed a review for it if you want to know more.
Less of a headache than expected
Pros: As probably menioned in most reviews for this product, really fast. I did a clean install of Win 7 Pro and installation went very smoothly. I can't provide a review in regards to mirroring your old HDD so you don't have to start from scratch but if that's the installation method that t you want to use there are some good videos on youtube to show how to do that.
Cons: I will be the first to say that I didn't read the small manual/instructions that came with the SSD drive. My eyesight is too poor to read the microscopic text, however, it did include a quick install sheet. YOU NEED TO INSTALL THIS IN AHCI MODE. If you select AHCI after you install, you will get the blue screen of death. AHCI should be selectable in your system bios under the hardware section. I didn't do this, and was about to just perform a re-install and start over, but it's not necessary. If you forget, like I did, just youtube "AHCI settings in Windows". You just have to change one setting in your system registry and it's very simple to do if you follow the video then select AHCI in your bios. You don't get the full potential of the drive if AHCI mode isn't utilized. The 2.5" adapter is not included that allows you to place it in a 3.5" drive bay. I really didn't expect it to have one but it would be nice if they would state in the description that you may need one when installing it in a desktop. The specified READ times aren't registering really close to what Samsung has stated it is capable of, however, I may need to tweak the settings some more.
Overall Review: After installation, use the Samsung software. There are a few more settings that you need to adjust for performance and reliability issues in the software. In the software, I have RAPID mode selected. This is also where you can test your new speed.
So far so good
Pros: Installation was very simple and video quality/performance seems to be solid. Like others here, this is my first Zotac item purchased and no regrets yet. I could see SLI in my future using this card if I continue to stay satisfied.
Cons: None yet
Overall Review: I purchased this card to replace my GTX 660 that I believe had a memory issue which caused my display to blink on and off at certain times. Since my old card was out of warranty I opted for the Zotac. It was definitely not a "WOW!" noticable difference in performance but my problem has been fixed and am happy with every game I've tried out so far.
Excellent so far.
Pros: I have to say that this is probably the highest quality power supply that I've ever purchased. It couldn't have been packaged any better in my opinion. I replaced my 650W Corsair with this model and I have no regrets. No installation issues and all cables are clearly marked along with the connections on the power supply itself. Very easy install and computer powered up with zero issues.
Cons: Had to use a magnifying glass when reading the manual but my eyesight is going.
Overall Review: I haven't had this power supply for too long and if something does happen I will edit my post, however, I am very satisfied so far.
Nice wheel for the price
Pros: Configured with all of the buttons found on a console controller. Usable on PS3 and PC. Gas and Brake pedals included. If you are looking for a steering wheel and pedals on a budget, this is a pretty good setup. Much better than using a controller to try and steer.
Cons: The pedal base is too light which allows it to move around pretty easily.
Overall Review: I just wanted a basic wheel for driving games and this works fine. If I was more serious about racing sims I would probably opt for a pricier wheel but this does what I need it to.
