Pros: Upgraded to this card from a GTX 580 Superclocked, and it runs pretty much everything the same, some things even better. I don't have great case cooling right now (older case) so I went with the blower versus the ACX, and I have to say, I've had absolutely no issues with heat. I happily bought a second one to SLI, even though I really don't need it, everything already runs very easily at Very High or Max settings.
Cons: The first one I got had a VERY annoying fan chirp at low RPM's, such as idling. I took care of this by boosting the fan speed, but it was fairly inconvenient. Then I started getting screen blackouts and tearing, and noticed strange FPS drops that didn't seem consistent with actual gameplay. EVGA was very agreeable to work with, and my RMA is on the way as I type this.
Other Thoughts: I was upset with the performance of the first one of these that I got, but the difference in the second one is noticeable, and I'm MUCH more satisfied with it. It was good to know I hadn't just bought a poor performing card, but that it actually had issues, and was not performing optimally. Not encouraging to have to RMA a brand new card, but still satisfied with the overall experience. Been an EVGA Fanboy for a while now, doesn't look like there's any turning back anytime soon!READ FULL REVIEW
