Pros: It prints nicely when it prints properly. Looks nice. Fairly quiet.

Cons: Wireless has been problematic since day one. Cannot use aftermarket cartridges - it will smudge the page on every print. You are forced to use the Samsung units and they are expensive for a 1500 page yield. It's been sent off for warranty work twice for not printing properly. Scanner will not duplex. Does not care much for heavier paper or envelopes. Also, you have to completely remove the paper to put envelopes in it and when you do, you have to "help" it feed the envelope through.

Overall Review: Hate this printer. Should have bought a Canon to replace the Canon that worked perfectly for years before it finally died. I bought two of these Samsungs. One for me and one for my biller. They have both been sent back for warranty repairs and they are both a piece of junk. And for the record, I generally do like Samsung products which is what led me to the machine int he first place. Shame on you Samsung.
