What more do you want?
Pros: Broke down and finally stooped down to console gaming LOL and got this for my PS3. I was looking for a TV with a good response time for gaming so the image doesn't smear. This TV is excellent for gaming. The picture is great, has a good amount of features, and the sound is good too. You will want to turn off the CATS that dims the TV according to the room light. Like I said, the sound is good. I was going to get a speaker system to listen to music but the TV serves that purpose. I just put some playlists on the PS3 and listen that way. You can feel the vibrations on my bed and its not even that loud. Very good sound quality.
Cons: There aren't any. A $300 32" TV in 2011 with great picture and sound.
Overall Review: Turn of the CATS.
Defective
Pros: I got this for $500. For the money, it is a pretty good camera if it wasn't defective. The picture is good and some of the features are nice.
Cons: The first thing I noticed is when you turn it on, it is zoomed in some. How Samsung would let something like that out of the door just baffles me. That right there should tell you that something is up. I turned it on to use it for the second time, and ta da! Dead pixels all over!! So, I turn it off and turn it back on hoping for my dear life that it will fix itself. Nope. In fact, I find MORE dead pixels. I turned it off and now it is sitting in the box waiting to be returned. I am doing this through newegg. I am not even going to try and get something done by Samsung.
Overall Review: Samsung is not a reputable company at all. Their products all seem to have and extremely high failure rate. Don't buy this. Please. This is just not another raging review because someone got a defective product, this is a warning to you. Save your money, time, and some hassle.
Are you a PC gamer?
Pros: Nothing really. However you can get more enjoyment out of playing this game rather than sitting there twiddling your fingers though, that's about it.
Cons: Lets start with the campaign. Yep, its short. No, it isn't good. Storyline must have been written by those manatees that write family guy episodes. Makes NO sense. So many plot-holes. Lets talk about multiplayer, seeing how that is what you are paying for at this point. Garbage! First and foremost, no servers. Tech noob? Basically no servers means an un-playable first person shooter. That is all you need to know, you can trust me. I never thought the day would come when COD didn't have servers for PC. Well that ruins the game completely, but there are still problems!! Yes! Noob friendliness. So many perks and killstreaks and attachments that used to be what 10 year old 360 noobs dreamed of in their sleep. Dream come true for them!
Overall Review: Don't buy it. Get BFBC2. Lets face it, the COD series from IW is done.
1 year life span and poor customer support
Pros: It worked for a few months.
Cons: It has simply stopped supplying enough power to my system causing it to crash when playing games. This has way more than enough power to run a GTS 250, Phenom II 965, a couple hard drives, and some fans. Nothings overclocked.
Overall Review: I have written Xclio about a replacement 5 times, yes 5 times, only to be ignored 5 times. I have all the information I need and they have never replied. I am not going to suck it up and drop another $100 on a PSU. They need to reply and get me a replacement. I wrote this in hopes of getting a reply from them on newegg as I have seen companies do so before.
How could air-cooling get any better?
Pros: Oh boy, here we go. First I should tell you that this HS is sitting on top of a 3.0GHz CPU overclocked from 2.2GHz. I idle at 27° Celsius and the 120mm fan decides to turn at 900-1000 rpm. When I start browsing the internet I go up to 30°-32° and the fan stays at 1030-1040 rpm. When I pop in GTA4 or Far Cry 2 or even run a stress test with AMD Overdrive, I don't see any higher that 52° Celsius. I'm really impressed with this performance, with air, at this price.
Cons: I know it's almost impossible to get a product without any, but here one is. I guess that I will say that the anti vibration rubber pins are a little clumsy.
Overall Review: I am using Arctic Silver 5. I do recommended taking your mobo out to mount. And I cant wait to see that 2-3 degree drop after the Arctic Silver break in. Oh yeah, lol you cant post AS 5 all together because newegg's filter takes it as the "a" word, which isn't really a cuss word.
