Does it having an annoying brand logo at the top? I am looking to put this as a stealth heat-sink among the other components.

Don't Remember a logo--a very elegant cooler. Used it however with a fine pair of Noctua fans--really ugly but perform great--quiet and reliable, set up in a push-pull configuration to blow air out the back of the case. Good luck!

Question 2

Would this be adequate for cooling the FX-9370 (220W TDP) without the C.P.U. fan ?

[In this build I will be installing 3 or 4 (110 cfm) "in" fans on the front/bottom of the case & 3 (110 cfm) "out" fans on the top/back of the case.]

I would say if anything can handle it without water this can do it.  I always run mine
with a 120mm fan like this:  Orion Fans OD1225-12HB  (from mouser you can google)
that's 86 CFM @ 3k RPM - at the price of a little more noise (42 dBA) but I don't care 
because I push my stuff hard running distributed computing projects.  24/7 - 100% cpu
load on 4 core intels of various power, speed, etc.  Nothing half as many watts as you
are talking though but the intels run real cool with this setup - and I'd bet with a real
air pushing fan like this it would be fine.  I also disable any 'smart' fan control in BIOS
 especially for the CPU fan so it can run full rated speed all the time.   Just my .02 but it
works great.

Question 3

Can this heatsink be used fanless?  To what wattage CPU?

I can be used without a fan. I'm not sure what the wattage limit would be. Just be sure you have good air movement in your case.
