How long is the wiring?

12 inches from fan side to tip of plug. If you need more than 10 inches it prob. not gonna work. No issues with the fans BTW been running for 2 years in the side panel of Corsair 40R case.

Is the motor brushless?

Yes, the motor is brushless. All computer case fans are brushless DC fans and have been as long as I have been building/tinkering - going back at least to my days with IBM XT's. Other PC fans CPU, PSU, GPU etc are also brushless - they are not vacuum cleaner fans!
 
For a little understanding of how computer fans (and other brushless DC fans) work, read the article "anatomy-of-computer-fans" on hardwaresecrets site. The article is a few years old but still valid.

Is there any chance in getting a different blade color model?

There is a Red Blade - but not opaque. It typically is about 3 dollars more
