Specs state that output is 120/240V AC at 60Hz. This seems to be one of many brands which use the same Chinese built engine. At first appearances, and based upon its cubic capacity, one might assume that it is the ubiquitous Honda Commercial 420cc unit, but it absolutely is NOT. At best, it is a low quality clone. My purchase of a DynaPower unit (8500W) gen resulted in a catastrophic failure after just 10 hours of use. It lost compression and a quick examination of the valvegear (I suspected a stuck open intake) confirmed that there was, indeed, a major problem... the intake valve had not stuck open, but had actually fallen out of the head and had then been hammered clean through the combustion chamber by the piston, making its own new living quarters! What surprised me was how soft the alloy was, because the valve stem had literally gone through the head like butter. I took photos to show various mechanic friends - and they had not seen anything quite like it. The next problem involved the warranty - the manufacturer/importer only provides the customer with any parts THEY determine are necessary for a repair, and you are required to get the Gen to a repair shop to have them disassemble and rebuild the unit - all at your own expense. DynaPower (and the parallel brands which differ in colors and decals) have a zero return policy, conveniently citing laws prohibiting the transport of such freight once it has been exposed to gas or oil. So expect to pay out about the same as your purchase price all over again in repair costs and transportation if you experience what we went through. My advice? Go to the vendor's website, if they have one, and read the warranty terms carefully or ask them some very specific questions up front... This one looks like a good deal, but I swore "never again" and I think I'll abide with that oath! Having said all that, it is possible that the Chinese quality control has improved over the past 2 years. However, it won't be me that puts such a theory to the test.

Q: can this generator run on natural gas? (is the a jet conversion kit available/)I could run the grill hose to a nipple on the generator. Would be a heck of a lot cheaper than gasoline or propane!

This generator includes low oil shutdown, yes.

This generator does not have automatic idle control.

Question 1

I have a outdoor plug  with different numbers etc on the circuit breaker that are not the same as all my indoor breakers. since it is for outdoor equipment will it be enough to plug the pulsar 10,000 watt generator?

Question is pretty vague.  I'm not sure what "different numbers" mean.  A 10Kw (peak) generator will produce about 45.5 amps of (peak) current at 220VAC, but will only produce about 36.6 Amps continuous, so a 40Amp breaker would allow normal use while also protecting the generator.  If using LPG as the fuel source, the numbers drop to 41 Amps (peak) and 32 Amps continuous, so the same 40 Amp breaker would still work.
Everything above assumes a 220VAC 4 wire hookup.

While none of the answers are wrong, they're not quite accurate either. Generators produce what's called a square wave, 60 hz. and require processing (smoothing) before use with sensitive instruments or computers. Always use an UPS for computers, TVs, etc  powered by a generator. Of course, not needed for appliances, lights, and such. Far more expensive Inverters do output a reasonably pure sine wave.
