Why is there very little foam when I wash it?
Our products are formulated with a low sudsing lightly scented formula. The same powerful cleansing power, but without a lot of suds during the washing process and a light fragrance after washing. Get the same clean clothes with less water!
Why did I find residue?
The residue is caused by the laundry strips not being fully dissolved. If you put more than one sheet at the same time, we recommend that you put them into the washing machine in batches so that each one can fully dissolve in contact with the water.
How to make my clothes smell long-lasting?
The scent of your laundry after washing will vary from person to person due to your laundry and dressing habits. For a stronger flavor, you can also add your favorite scent retention beads.
About the number of laundry detergent sheets used?
The usage amount provided by POESIE can be used as a reference, but the actual amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation. If your clothes are highly soiled, we kindly suggest you to put more laundry strips to get better effects.
Why do laundry detergent sheets smell so strong when you open them?
Because the product after a long time sealed transportation and preservation, just opened when the fragrance will be very strong, but after a period of time the fragrance will return to normal, use it to clean the clothes will be light fragrance.
