Where do I put the pet accessory tool? There's room for the crevice and duster but not the pet accessory.

The pet accessory tool loads onto the end of the hose/handle. Remove handle by pushing on the red clip at the back of the lift away unit. Pet tool fits right onto the hose end and you will feel the suction when it is attached properly.

I want the type that has attachment to cleans window blinds?

It comes with a brush attachment that can be used for dusting. It will work to dust window blinds.
