The QNAP TS-112-US is a one-bay Network Attached Storage (NAS) designed to take your home entertainment to a new level. In addition to conventional data storage and backup, this unit goes a step farther with the capability of personal cloud and social sharing. You can remotely access and manage your content via Internet from a PC, smartphone, or tablet; or stream music, movies, and photos to your home theater equipment. You can even expand the NAS function with additional QPKG software packages. Three USB ports are also included, offering a quick and easy way to share a printer, flash drive, and other USB devices.

Green DesignQNAP NAS features the latest green technologies to protect the environment and save your electricity bill. The smart fan monitors the server and hard drive temperature and automatically adjusts the fan speed for quiet 24/7 operation. The hard drives can also be set to enter sleep mode after a period of idling to reduce power consumption and extend their lifespan. The NAS can also be scheduled for automatic power on and off to save energy when no data access is required.
