what is the limitation of the new subscriber only version vs regular 1 year subscription for Deluxe. I already have a premier version and I want to buy 1 year Deluxe version subscription to add to it. Will this work correctly for me ?

You would be downgrading from Premier (which, for instance, includes free billpay) to Deluxe (which has fewer features and charges about $10/mo for billpay). You can do this, but I'm not sure about the details. There's more information about this on the Quicken site under subscriptions, and it is done through your Quicken account.
