This product is for North American voltages only. Adapters and converters are required for international use.
Can this electric mug heat liquids other than water?
Under normal circumstances, we do not recommend heating liquids other than water! If used to heat other liquids that tend to stick to the bottom you need to open the lid and keep stirring, and clean the inner liner after use!
How long does this mini kettle take to boiling?
This portable mini electric kettle uses AC 110V/300W, and takes about 5~7 minutes to boil, depending on the ambient temperature.
Is this electric mug rechargeable? How long can it keep warm?
This small electric water heater does not come with batteries and cannot be recharged, it can only be used when it is connected to a power source. The insulation function of the product is also effective when the power is always on!
Will this small water boiler leak when I put it in my bag after boiling water?
The silicone plug needs to be open all the time during heating, unplug power cord after boiling, leave it for 2 minutes and then plug the silicone plug tightly and carry it with you.
