RAZER RZ01-00050200 Anarchy Red 7 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Laser 2000 dpi Copperhead Mouse

Pros: I love the accuracy, 2000 dpi is wonderful, esp on large screens. The teflon feet let this mouse glide on pretty much any surface. It feels really nice in my hand, almost like my hand is floating. Not to mention how nice it looks next to all my other red/orange leds on my computer. The breathing light effect on the led logo is sweet. Hoping to use this for as long as I can.

Cons: None yet, except that it wasn't free : )

Pros: Lord it looks amazing. I've got a Saitek Eclipse I (red backlight) keyboard and this mouse looks great next to it. After you get used to how you have to hold it, it feels really natural and really small movements are so easy, because it's so controlled by your fingertips. Did I mention that it looks AMAZING? It slides along my mouse pad really easily, and weighs roughly nothing. The buttons on the right side are by default DPI control, which works great because I would never want to accidentally change the DPI. And I've never needed more than 5 customizable buttons on my mouse in any game. My keyboard hand would be spoiled if I did, anyway :P Oh, the scroll wheel is awesome. Great grip and it sticks out farther than most so you can scroll more than with most mouses without taking your finger off the wheel.

Cons: Maybe it was just me, but I used to use a Logitech MX518 and it was a very substantial mouse, so it took me about 2 weeks to get used to this mouse. If you really really need those 2 extra buttons on the right for something other than DPI, I guess you're out of luck, you really do have to take your hand off the mouse to get at them.

Overall Review: Buy this mouse if you care about how your mouse looks and want precision control in games. If you only want one or the other (precision control but don't care about how your mouse looks, or if you don't care how precise it is but want it to look cool) you might want to consider other mice too, because this one is the pinnacle of both but you might be able to find something almost as good-looking or almost as precise for cheaper.

Pros: Awesome mouse. The red matches my case lights brilliantly. DPI switching comes in handy when I'm going from RnG to sniping. Teflon feet make this thing glide on any surface I use. Even came with an extra set!

Cons: Why don't they make any keyboards that glow red? Now I'm stuck with a blue Lycosa and a red Copperhead...

Overall Review: It's a little awkward to get used to at first, I had to completely re-think how I hold a mouse and it took me a good 3 or 4 days to get completely used to this thing. But that's to be expected with almost any new mouse.

Pros: Looks great very sleek ambidextrous design so right or left you have no worries. Excellent software, on the fly sensitivity switching, and can select software profiles by using a little button on the bottom of the mouse. Extra mouse feet included which is nice.

Cons: While the side buttons are much more functional on the copperhead vs the tiny rocker buttons on the diamondback, they are in a spot i generally like to grip my mouse so takes some getting used to. The new laser technology is so sensitive that you must have a hard smooth surface at the very lest a professional game pad ideally. My old cloth and foam ratted up mouse pad with dents and dimples thew the mouse tracking off so if you got an old favorite mouse pad be warned you might need to upgrade and spend a good bit on the new high performance game pads.

Overall Review: Another solid and gorgeous product from razor. Upgraded from diamondback. Another plus is that this mouse can be fully customized with the "Copperhead Pro Tools" with weights to make the mouse lighter or heavier, a screwdriver to open your mouse, extra feet, a special edition mouse body, and dummy buttons i guess for those of us that like to grip our mice where the new buttons are.

Pros: First off, this thing looks so cool, the symbol on it pulses like its breathing and all the lights on it a bright and look great. This thng is so good for gaming, no skipping or anything, pinpoint accuracy with it plus its easy to slide on your mousepad and there are 4 buttons to customize besides the normal ones. Also it feels great, it just molds to your hand.

Cons: none at all!!!!!!!!

Overall Review: perhaps 3000 dpi would be cool, or wireless but thats me being picky.

Pros: The mouse is just about everything it advertises. It's a good size for the hand, its quick, moves smoothly with the slip pads on the bottom. Super responsive on screen. Laser precision is just that.

Cons: Cons... The firmware right out of the box when I bought it.. which was going on 4 maybe 5 years ago.. didn't work so hot. When moving diagonally, it couldn't go in a straight line, it moved the cursor like it was going down stairs.. or hitting bumps. Upgraded the firmware, no problem. Now I recently replaced it for what seems like another relatively common problem, the clicker starts double clicking on its own. No fix.

Overall Review: Despite the problems I had, would I buy it again? Hell yes. We as gamers cannot expect our hardware to stand up to constant and brutal usage for years and not take damage. That mouse won me many a battle through many different games. It was loyal and battle-tested. And it died with honor.

Pros: I've been using the blue version of this mouse around 5 years now. I have the "First Edition" version. Its working flawlessly for all this time now and would continue to I'm sure. The only reason I got a new one was because one of the teflon feet came off. The tracking on this mouse is excellent for low sensitivity users. I can lift this up off the pad and move it around with no problems.

Cons: One set of side mouse buttons are useless depending on which hand you use. The type of smooth plastic used builds up hand gunk fairly quickly near the pinky and thumb.

Overall Review: I can't find a place that sells Razer teflon feet for my copperhead. I got a Razer Mamba to replace this and its really taking a lot to get used to.

Pros: Great looking, great feeling mouse. Worked very well for a good while. Very useful thumb buttons and nifty DPI adjustment buttons.

Cons: Rubbery coating began to peel off after a few months, and after about a year of moderate use, the mouse began double, or even triple, clicking on its own. Also, the cursor would occasionally dart around the screen for no reason when moving it normally.

Overall Review: Not worth it. Do not buy. I have a Razer Lycosa keyboard now and I'm hoping it'll last longer than the mouse did.
