Can you please tell me, what is the db (noise) level for this unit?

I don't know what the actual decibels level is, but you have to turn the tv up when it's running. Also, it is a little difficult to have a conversation near it without raising your voice a little.

What is the maximum length of the window attachment for venting?

The unit shipped with about 6 feet of tubing.  The total will be reduced if you have to make bends in it, such as a right angle to get out the window.  my unit shipped with a 6 inch dia hose, and a right angle bend will use about 12-14 inches.
