As long as you have a Corsair Brand PSU I think it will work. But don’t hold me to it. Look at the male ends on the cables and then look at the female ends to the power supply you are using. If they match you should be good

I use a RM Serise PSU, and these work amazingly.

The specifications say the following PSUs are supported:
ACC Series:AX, AXi, CSM, CXM, HX, HXi, RM, TXM
ACC Watts:1500, 1000, 1050, 1200, 430, 450, 500, 550, 600,650, 750, 760, 850, 860

Can these cables be used on other modular brand PSU, don't know much about custom sleeved cables but would like to possibly use these on a Cougar CMX 1000?

You would need to double check that the pins are an identical match to Corsair's, but I would be wary. Your better bet would be looking into Cablemod Sleeved Cables. They make the same thing but for a wide range of PSU types.

You will have to purchase the 24 pin MB cable and any extra cables you may need. Keep in mind this kit does not work with all PS modes from corsair.

Yes, buy them from the corsair website, make sure they are compatible with your PSU. I have the red set. The 24-pin comes separately from the kit.

Does this suitable for the corsair RM650 ? Is this a entire cable or just separated...

Yes according to corsair . Com  these cables which are part number "cp-8920049" will fit with your RM series psu, all the cables come in organized bundles and you will not be needing any more than the cables they give you. But fyi they do not come with the 24pin motherboard power, that is sold separately be sure you find the correct one
