Is there any special edition for NEw 3dsXL right now, 
and what would be in the box, is there a ac adoptor or not?

There is a special edition, with majoras mask, but it isn't currently available anywhere (sold out).

There is no ac adapter in the box. If you own any ac adapter from a dsi or 3ds product, however, those will work with this one. All you get is the machine with a small 4gb memory card (replaceable).

Is the 3DSI XL compatible with the DSI?

This item is actually the "N3DS XL", and not the DSi XL. But, to answer your question, The DSi XL is just a larger version of the DSi. So both systems operate the exact same. One just has larger screens.

Is this compatible for the Amibos or do you have to purchase the nfc reader/writer to play for this console?

There is a built in nfc reader right below the lower screen. Just place the model on the screen and it works as well as it does on the WiiU.

How long will this model lasts before it needs to be replaced to play the newest 3DS games?

I imagine it will be the only major refresh of the 3DS line. The Gameboy only saw one change that would make older models unable to play newer games, the Gameboy Color. The DS similarly had only the DSi. So to answer your question, there's no way to know but chances are this model of the 3DS will be able to play all 3DS games going forward.

That said, it's entirely likely that Nintendo will release a whole new handheld product line in the next year or two (it won't be a 3DS). Just today Nintendo announced an upcoming new piece of hardware codenamed "NX", though it's unclear when it'll be coming or exactly what kind of hardware it will be.
