Is this a full tower case?

If you mean will it fit every thing you want then yes. It houses me full build no problem if you're going for liquid cooling it has ports for that too.

However be wary it may be because I pulled something out too hard but my front audio jacks are wonky.

Are there any optical drive bays?

I bought this case just over a month ago. There are 3x optical drive bays behind the front door. The front of the case with the small LED screen is actually a hinged door that hides the optical bays.

Overall it is a pretty easy case to work with, especially considering the cost.
