Which areas does the R-WME01 massage?
R-WME01 uses compression massage around the forehead, temples, and back of the head, while the eye area provides heat only. Short-press to cycle through four pressure settings: Soft, Medium, Strong, or No Pressure.
Will it fit a small or larger head, and what should I do if it feels too tight or squeezes my eyes?
Fits head circumferences of 21.6–26.4 inches. Adjust the buckles and reposition the device so the forehead section sits above the eyes. If too tight, loosen the band and select a softer pressure.
What light status shows that the device needs charging or is fully charged?
The charging indicator is red. A slowly flashing red light indicates low battery, while a solid red light means the battery is fully charged. Do not use the massager while charging.
Can I turn off the voice prompts and built-in sounds?
Yes. Press and hold the Heat/Silent Mode button to switch between voice and silent modes. Silent mode turns off voice prompts and built-in music. Connect via Bluetooth to play your own music.
Does the massager remember my last settings?
Yes. The head massager automatically recalls the last set massage mode, pressure level, built-in music, auto-off timer, and warmth level once turned on again.
