Rosewill is Newegg's in house brand ranging from economy to performance. This product is on the performance end and boasts a 3 year warranty. Will it last? Probably. It's 80 PLUS certified. If it doesn't then you're covered. I purchased one on behalf of a customer for an upgrade build and it's running great. The chords are extra long for the big THOR V2 (also a Rosewill product). It's quiet and clean. What more can I say? Buy it and enjoy.

can i switch the fan in this with a blue led fan?

That power supply was recommended by my computer builder.  We installed in a new game computer and it has performed flawlessly. It is normally on 24/7 and not a single peep or problem..  I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a lot of power for a powerful computer.

Hay I was just wondering if the cables are all individualy sleeved and are black as shown in the pictures?, becaus I saw some reviews of the psu were they have the cables diferent colors and aren't each individually sleeved.     Thanks.

Yes the cables are black but the PCIe have a red top connector but i think they did that so you can spot it right away so yes the cable is black just the connector head is red...And im guessing you are asking if this is a full modular PSU? no its not 100% but about 90% of the cables are modular and comes unattached to the power supply. The 24 pin power connector is attach to the power supply

Why does this PSU ship with four cables and only two places to connect them?

This PSU has four red PCI-E power connector slots on the back; two 6 pin and two 8 pin. It has four red-tipped PCI-E power cables, each with 6 pins on one end and 6+2 pins on the other.

However, the four PCI-E cables only connect to the PSU with the 6 pin end, not the 6+2 pin end... which means that the four cables can only be connected to the two 6-pin PSU connector slots, not the two 8-pin PSU connector slots. What gives?

From what you are saying, it sounds like the cable package included with your PSU is incorrect. There should be two cables with 8-pin plugs on both ends and two with 6/6+2.
