Is it possible to put PSU on the top rather than the bottom with this case?

Yes,  this Roswell rise case is designed well and allows for multiple power supply solutions.  If you mount the PSU at the top you will see a mounting bracket to support the supply. For myself it's always nice to have multiple features in the case.  By mounting a power supply at the top it enables another option for cabling solutions also.

The case will accommodate the E-ATX mother board, and dual power supplies, and 8 expansion slots in the back.  It is wide enough to physically hold two GPUs and room for 3x 12cm Fans in the front panel, 1x 12cm fan in the rear panel, and room for 3x 12cm fans in the top.  So, I believe 2 GPUs of your choice would fit easily.  Cooling and power choices need to match your potential loads and you are good to go.  The case would accommodate  a water cooling system.

Will the Corsair H100i GTX mount on the top of this case properly?

I had the H60 but as far as I can tell you can fit 2 of whatever fan size you want up to 140mm each. The only issue you will have with that is if you want a fan on the top/front slot you'll need to move the optical drive down to accommodate space (not an issue for me as I wanted it on the bottom slot anyway, heh). And I don't imagine you could fit the radiator in the front half. Good luck anyway! Great case!

Are Motherboard standouts included? And if so, what is the size/thread screw they will take? Consider that last one optional to answer, as I am just planning for when I eventually drop one.

Yes, standouts are included and in place already for an ATX size board.  Mine just didn't include enough for an E-ATX size board, needed 2 more.

Can this case support the Corsair H105 extreme edition?

Even with the optical drive on the lower bay, the 105 won't easily fit because it has a thicker radiator than other Corsair coolers and it touches the optical drive. It can be squeezed if you are ok with using just two screws, but a bit of modding is needed to get it set right with all four screws secured.

Do you find that the top-mounted USB ports to be dust collectors as opposed to front-mounted ones?

The top of my tower is fairly dusty usually, that being said I have never run into any issues of the ports needing to be cleaned, or had any trouble getting things into them.

Could you fit a 280mm rad system in the top & a 120mm rad system on the rear exhaust?

yes you can,  just remember that it will block off the upper PSU mount.   the 280 rad will be a real tight fix,  E-ATX mb,  may noy let you.....a thin fan (s) and rad may give you room..
