If I remember correctly the icafe is a standard ATX bored, meaning it will fit just fine in this case.

I've been wanting to upgrade my case and my brother-in-law is in need of a PSU with the specs listed. My question is, just how sturdy is this case? Can it take a toddler throwing something at it without it obtaining too much damage?

It's the old adage you get what you pay for.   It's a nice looking case and will be solid enough for most builds out there.  Sitting on the floor under a desk it will be as good as most out there.  As for toddlers throwing stuff at it..   only NERF products are allowed!..    But as cases go.. it's decent.. and functional.

i'm looking to upgrade my computer. can i install a solid state drive in this case?

Like most of these towers..  for SSD's you probably need an adapter to get a CORRECT -screw tight- fit.   Of course you could just use Strong VELCRO and hang the SSD anywhere in the case..which is what I do on a few of my boxes..

Question 6

I can't seem to mount the 120mm case fan for the front panel. I can't screw it on from the inside of the case and the screws my fan came with are too big anyways (the Rosewill 120mm RFA-120-K Blue LED case fan). The other screws I have just aren't long enough. Any suggestions?

a 120 is a pretty big fan for the front panel I used a 80 and attached it with tech screws. However, if a 120 is what you are going to use, I'd hot glue it. You can apply it to the fan and then just stick it on the interior grill. You have to be quick though. Be sure to set the case on its front panel and let gravity do the rest. I have used hot glue on a lot of fans simply because it is a great vibration damper.

Can the power supply be removed, and switched out for a better one, later down the line? I recently bought this case, and want to know if i'll need a new case, should I want to upgrade.

Absolutely! It's just a standard power supply. I've been using it since March with no problems and I bought my Dad the exact same case for a computer I built for him. Unless you plan on building a sick system, this PSU will work just fine.

can i use my xfx ati radeon hd 48490 graphics card with this?

You should be able to physically fit the card in the case.  You will most likely have to make sure your hard drive(s) are in the very bottom to leave ample room for the PCI-E power connectors as they will be close to the 3.5" bays

I have an ATX board in mine, and it fits ok, however, the front panel audio cable has a bit of tension on it. Also, be careful of any connectors facing sideways on your board.

Can the psu run a GeForce GTX 750 Ti MSI Gaming 2GB, or a GeForce GTX 750 Ti Zotac 2GB, or a GeForce GTX 960 MSI Gaming 2GB?  I am mostly concerned on the 750's, the minimum amps and psu .  According to research the Msi 750 Ti needs a 400W minimum and 20 Amps, the Zotac the same.  The 960 needs 400W and 29 Amps.  I would just like to know if the psu included will suffice.  My CPU is ant Intel i3-2130, running a 4gb DDR3 memory, a 1 Tb hard drive, and DVD burner/CD player.  Many thanks.

No.  And as a general practice I just upgrade the PSU to a 750w minimum.  Even if it did work, it probably wouldn't last very long.
