does this support a low profile gpu? I cant tell by the pics or information

You can get it to "fit" but you won't be able to mount the low profile gpu to the case.  If you're building a system there really is no advantage to a low profile gpu other than its energy budget.  And if you're gaming low profile gpu's have a tendency to overheat because there isn't a built in fan.

Question 2

In the specifications it says that this case is liquid cooler ready but it does not say what size of radiator would fit in this case. What size radiator would fit in this case?

I have used the Corsair hydro series 100i without a problem.  Sometimes certain Motherboards do not leave enough space for the thickness of the rear fan, but I have been successful in using a thinner fan in its place.

Are the two pre installed 120mm fans removable?

Yes the fans can be removed and/or replaced.

Question 4

Is the USB 3 connector an external connector or something I can plug directly into the motherboard?  The one I'm looking at appears to have a connector labeled USB3F.

All USB ports, buttons and audio jacks are located on the top side of the case towards the front. There is one USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports. Motherboard connector for USB 3.0 is labeled 'USB3.0'.

Does this case allow or is it compatable with an AMD 990 FX motherboard?

I did not built this machine yet, but I say YES, I'm not sure if I'm going Intel or AMD, if AMD I will use a 990FX.  This case is great,
if you want to go water cooling in the future, this is it. My case arrived flawless/perfect, the side panels work perfect. I would buy it again. Price was right/cheap, I paid $70, free shipping.

Question 6

Does the fan controller allow me to install more fans? My friends motherboard only has 1 slot, so he wants a new case that will allow him to plug in extra fans through the psu to power the extra fans? (the example I can think of is the rosewill thor v2)

The fan controller handles upto 3 fans.  The box can hold up to 10 fans total.  I have 7 fans, 3 plugged into the fan controller, 2 to the motherboard, and 2 more plugged into power supply.  I think there is another fan daisy chain of 3 other than the one from the Fan controller, but I am not certain.  But it really depends on the power supply you buy and how it connects to the fans.

i was wondering what the maximum supported cpu cooler height is?

I didn't see anything about it other then the brief mention of recessed motherboard mount for larger CPU coolers.

This cage is huge but I've bought 2 of them and am very pleased with it. You can fit a Cooler Master v8 GTS in it which is one of the biggest CPU coolers out there and still have about 1/2 inch clearing space past it. Granted you won't be able to install a sidefan right over but it's not a big deal. imgur /a/WhEmD

I did an upgrade on my original system and am very pleased with it. Idles at 25-26C, 29-33C with moderate use and ~39C under load. I've never really seen the fan speeds ramp up at all and they mostly run at min speeds with my system which is on 24/7. I hope that answers your question and good luck. By the way, the GTS is listed at 165.5 mm height so anything lower than 170 mm should fit.

Can you add Liquid cooling?

Yes, it has cut-outs for running tubing outside of the case.  It also has plenty of room for closed loop AIO water coolers.

Does the front fans are LED???

the fans have red LEDs on them which lights it up, but the fans do not have them themselves. and i had the same problem as Victor, where the air flow was not quite enough to keep the CPU fan quiet. i installed two 120mm fans on the top of the case which easily solved the problem though! still loving the case.
