What graphics card will fit?

This case should be able to accommodate all current generation graphics cards. All the graphics cards that will run on a 350W power supply will fit.

If you are going to use a graphics card instead of the CPU integrated GPUs, I would get a different case and a 600W power supply is the minimum I would go with. The 350W power supply that comes with this case can only support a GTX 750ti at most (I would have included an ATI card but they don't list minimum power requirements).

Can the PSU be upgraded in power?

I cannot see a reason why you could not put a different power supply in it but It has been well over a year since I have had the case open.
