dose this case come come with the blue led fan in the pictrue? if so can you take it out?

Yes, it comes with the blue LED fan in the front.
Yes, you can take it out.

On the one I built for my friend I took out the front and rear fans since they were both 120mm fans and swapped them. A little of the blue light leaks through the top of the case but that's less of an issue than the light being in the front.

It's a little annoying to get to the front fan screws but not hard at all. Just not as convenient as everyone would want things to be. Hope this helps.

is the inside metal?
cuz if its not it will break easily

It is metal yes, the only issue I've run into is when I received it during the shipping phase, the back bottom ended up slightly bent due to the ups loading belts. It was easy to tap back into position. both sides top and front can detach from this case making cleaning, cable organization etc. very easy

Do both side panels come off?

Accepted Answer

Yes both side panels come apart.
One side panel comes off for access to the Motherboard and all other internal components while the other reveals the back side of the metal chassis where the motherboard is mounted. That side is nice for running various cables so when you open up the main panel it isn't a nightmare of cables everywhere.

Will this case easily fit a GTX 770 which is 11.2in long?

I have a GeForce 8400GS (secondary) and GT 640 installed.  I'm not entirely sure of the dimensions of the two but I have plenty of clearance.  The GT640 is plugged into the primary on my mobo which falls midway of the hard drive bays and I have more than enough clearance between the HDs and the video card.  Clearance isn't even an issue with the 8400GS as it is located above the HD bays.  I'm confident in saying that your video card should fit into the case without obstruction.

Is this case tool-less?

Yes. The side panels have thumb screws that hold them in place and the panels just slide out and in after removing the screws. The bay covers for CD/DVD drives just pop out as well, the orange things on the side of the bay covers are little tabs that you open to remove, and when put into place the orange tab closes to hold the cover in place. The bay covers are very easy to take out and put in so I usually pull one off every couple of weeks to look into the case to see if there is a large amount of dust build-up inside the case, then after getting a good look I just pop them back in.

Can I fit a radeon XFX R9 270x in this case?

Nice case, very pleased with low price. I'm not exactly sure about the size of your video card but it is very roomy, I installed an Nvidia 760 gt card and it fit easily and it is very large. If the cards show dimensions make a comparison to my card and it should give you an idea. Good luck.

My question is will this case fit most psu/gpu/mobo? I have a gtx 660? Andit won't fit in the expansion slot in my current Lenovo case. The card is a double slot. 10.2" x 5.2" x 1.5" are the dimensions.

I don't see why it wouldn't. I have installed an ASUS GTX650TIB-DC20C-2GD5 Video Card, whose dimensions are 10.2 " x 5.2 " x 1.5 ", on an MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming Mobo. I chose the Thermaltake SMART Series SP-750PCBUS 750 WATT power supply.

There are several PCIe slots adjacent to each other and the video card fits very well and connectors are accessible at the rear.

Also ... it a very quiet case ... hardly hear the fans running!

is this a real tower or just somthing you put around a tower?

This is a case, it does not include any of the component that make up a tower/computer like a motherboard, graphics card, or anything like that.  It includes the case, some fans, and the ports to connect the motherboard and other components.

Could I add a side fan to this case and if so, what size fan?

Yes you can add a side fan. It can be either a 120mm or 140mm. I bought a 140mm along with the case when I bought mine.

Question 10

does it have good cable management?

Accepted Answer

The power supply is at the bottom of the cabinet. Any wires that you want to can go on the other side of the motherboard to the top of the box, and then back in. This can be quite helpful.
