Any good solutions/methods for cleaning the dust build-up on the front panel mesh ?

i dont use this case anymore because cable management sucks, but a great way i have found to prevent dust is to take thoes metal mesh things off and vacuum off the dust. you can take them out by bending the small flaps on the back side of the panel. after you vacuum it clean, go to a shoe store and get some of thoes free socks/legging things. wrap the mesh in this fine fabric and it acts as a filter and the dust wont get inside the pc and only stick to the outside of the mesh where you put the leggings things. looks ugly if your not perfect with it but it actually prevents dust from getting inside the pc.

As far as i know for sure the top fans and back are 3 pins. Great case a lot of room to hide cables.

Are there any good heatsinks that will actually fit inside this case? The one I was looking at (Enermax) is 160mm and is too big for this case

HMMMM. not sure heatsinks are really what a case like this is about, this case is about great ventilation and 120mm cooling fans, I've places 5 120s in mine, check out enermax vegas cooling system and the fans that come with it,

Is a Gigabyte gtx 770 4gb video card compatible with this case and will the ports fit in the expansion slots?

Yes it will. The space in the video card is far enough apart to take up two expansion slots on the case.

Yes I am almost certain it does! I bought this case for my brother. It has been great! Plenty of room.

Does this case include motherboard mounting hardware?

you got to get the motherboard yourself but it does come with everything you need to mount a motherboard, laptop and full size hard drive, and a cd player, plus holes for the motherboard. For the price, its pretty cool, looks nice and pig, only issue I have with it is the left side panel, the one with the window will slide when I try to move it, which I have been doing frequently lately. I think its because it got dinged once and bent the corner, so now it doesn't want to slide in all the way.

If my current motherboard does not support USB 3.0 can I just/still use the USB 2.0 on front I/O? (Will be getting new mobo in a couple months but need a good case now)

Yes you can use usb 2.0.
