Yes.  You can fit a dvd rom drive into this case.  Very nice case.  Even better if the see-thru glass was not plastic.

It should have them... most cases nowadays have a modular design for the bays to be removed. Look up the exact case and go into “specifications” and it will tell you how many drives it can hold

Yes, but installing it will require patience as it will be tight with the third fan which will sit inside the dvd drive bay.
