Can you move the blue front led fan to the back and the back fan to the front ?

They are the same size so yes.

Question 3

While computer is sleeping, do the LED lights on the front fan turn off?

Yes all of the lights should shut down if you put the computer to sleep.

If the LED lights bother you you can actually open the case and cut the led light connection from the fan and make it a NON-LED fan if you'd like... I did the same with my Lian Li Server case because I love big fans but I hate flashy lights. You just have to follow the wire from the LED's on the fan and cut them.

Does it come with motherboard standoff screws? I'm replacing a case on an older build that's seen some abuse, and part of that is the standoffs I have are fubar'd and stripped.

the pics shows i/o shield plugged in , is this shield replaceable ?

There is no I/O shield installed out of the box.  You can use whatever shield came with your motherboard.

What do the fans connect to? a PSU or motherboard, or both?

Both MB & PSU, they give you some adaptors also so you can use them also for both. Not a bad case at all. Just remember that there's no USB3.But it's nice to have the 4 USB2's in the front of case. Makes things easier. Watch for CPU cooler height also. Top mounted PSU.

does it come with sata cables?

I don't believe it did. I don't think I've  had a case come with sata cables. Most motherboards come with them though.

What kind of hard drives does it hold???

It has quite a few slots for standard sized spinning drives, if you want to install a solid state drive you will need to get an adapter, some SS drives include them, I believe Newegg has them for around $5.  The slots are screw less and are very east to use.

I need the top control panel replaced on this tower, the usb ports broke off inside. How do I do about ordering a replacement? Thanks so much! Kim Jones

Hi Kim, You can go to the following Newegg link if you don't find the exact replacement of the control panel. http://www.newegg.com/Controller-Panels/SubCategory/ID-11. You could also improvise by purchasing a Control Panel that will suit your needs and mount it in one of the drive bays. I believe you could find one that has a bracket, screws or snap-in mechanism on it. It might take a few extra minutes to remove the front drive bay mesh. I hope this helps you.

Is this compatible with an ATX H170 Pro Gaming MotherBoard?

Yes it is, it is an ATX case. If you are building a gaming computer, I would recommend an ANTEC case, it is sturdier, and probably has better cooling capacity. I built mine and my wife's in an ANTEC 900 case.
