That's plenty of power for the system you are looking to build. But I would highly consider bumping the 1050 card up to a 1060 or a 1660 if your budget has room. The 1050 is really a bare-minimum card for any gaming.

Will this power supply fit a mid ATX computer case?

It should.  Standard power supplies measure 86mm x 138mm.  If your case is Low Profile, Pico-ITX, or Mini-ITX, you would may need to get a "Flex-ATX" power supply for those cases.  I would open the specs sheet on the case and make sure the power supply dimensions match or are very close to the numbers above, or better yet, look up the dimensions of the power supply and confirm that with the dimensions of the case.

It says this has 2 x 6+2 vga connectors. Are they on 2 separate cables or daisy chained onto one wire?

I sent back a rosewill 500 watt valens because they had daisy chained the vga power connectors onto one cable. Is this one the same way?

It is, but I have not had trouble with it (they used thick enough wires that it can handle the current).

I am looking to build a computer for the first time and want to be sure everything is compatible. I am also using a NZXT Phantom 410 case.

This is a standard ATX form factor PSU so the case should be fine.  The motherboard is also fine.  What your primary focus should be the wattage.  If you plan on running multiple graphics cards (especially high end AMD GPUs) then you may consider going for a 750W (most high end AMD cards recommend this wattage for Crossfire).  NVidia cards tend to use less power unless you're running dual Titans then I'd suggest going higher as well.  Short of that, this should be plenty.

Also, while I've never had a Rosewill PSU fail (own 2) their plastic housing for their SATA power connectors are a bit flimsy so be careful when plugging up your devices, it doesn't take much to break the housing.

In all honesty your best bet to finding the exact replacement is taking it out and seeing the model #. You could then google the Model #. Most likely this is NOT what you want, due to brand name PC's often having custom sized power supplies.

Does this power supply have long enough cords to mount on bottom of the case and reach the top of the motherboard from the back? Running CYBERPOWERPC W210 Black Gaming Case with GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) AM3+/AM3 AMD 760G USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard. Had to splice a power supply cable to fit the current one I have in it now.
