Where can I find the drivers?

While my drivers were on a disk in the box, you could also get them on the product page at Rosewill's site.

...which, apparently, NewEgg will not allow me to link to, so do a Google search for "Rosewill 2-Port USB 3.0 PCI Express Card Model RC-505 drivers" and the product page will be one of the first results.

Will this work on a HP Pavillan Elite Model e9280t?

The only real limitation will be if your computer has a proper PCI slot for the card. The included software drivers will be adequate for most installs, however,Windows 7(if this is what you are running) does not have good USB 3.0 coverage included so you will need the drivers(included with the card). In the event the included drivers do not cover your OS go to the Rosewell website and get the correct ones. I also ordered additional USB 3.0 cables since the card is located in the rear of your computer,I also ordered a USB 3.0 HUB so I could place my connections where I wanted.

Is this card Win10 compatible?

Yes. I am still using it after my Windows 10 upgrade, and I still get the faster transfer speeds.  I'm happy with it.

Question 4

Do I really need to plug in the 4-pin power connector if I'm going to use it primarily for my USB 3.0 jump drives and USB 3.0 Western Digital Portable drive?

It depends on the power requirements of your jump drives and your WD drive and if you will be using them simultaneously.  I have a WD Passport portable drive and I can use it by itself without the 4-pin power connector. But if I want to use my WD drive simultaneously with my USB portable DVD drive, they need the additional power provided by the 4-pin connector.

Yes. It worked fine until the motherboard it was in fried. Probably still does but I moved on to laptops.

Does it come with an extension cable for the power? I just realized my only 4 pin connector won't reach more than an inch

No.  No extension cable for the power supply.

When I try to run the RC-505 executable file, my PC hangs up.  I can't get it installed on an ASUS P6T SE motherboard?

You didn't say what OS you are using.  On the Rosewill website I see driver downloads  for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Server 2008.  If you are running Windows 8 or 10, I would contact Rosewill about drivers.

I run Windows 7 and it is working fine.

is this compatible with a  HP Compaq 6005 Pro Small Form Factor PC?

It does have a low profile bracket, but better off looking inside of your PC before ordering.  I once ordered a card that was supposed to fit, but because it was a Dell, there was a proprietary design that didn't allow the card to fit.
