Sorry I do not know about pan replacement but, I have had the unit for over a year and the non stick pan has not shown any signs of wear. However one downside is that the pan is tall and not wide, so the bread comes out taller, I would have preferred it wider, you will also have to pull out the mixing paddle or it will bake into your loaf, making it harder to remove later, I find that the bread mixes for two hours (not constantly) then bakes for the last hour, so you need to get in just before the last hour starts, also the heat only starts in the last hour, so that also a way to see if you are on cue to remove the paddle.

I just bought your R-BM-01 Programmable Bread Machine.  It mixes just fine, but when the baking is done, the bottom of the loaf and half way up the sides are so dark brown it's almost black and hard. It is set on light color, but that seems to only apply to the top. What can I do to have the bread baked evenly?  If I can't get bread baked evenly in the machine, you'll probably get the machine back.  Hope you have an answer.

I have had one of these bread machines for about 8 months and have found that it bakes very evenly.  Most of the reviews I have read are positive as I'm sure you have seen too.  I suspect that your particular unit is malfunctioning.

I really like mine and hope you can get a replacement.  I suspect that will make you a happy bread baker.

Yes it will, setting 8 is for dough, I have not used that setting, but its there.
