First, let me say it exceeded my expectations.
With it two racks, I can cook 8 t0 10 hamburgers at one time. Or, 4 o5 5 hamburgers and french fries at the same time. It cook very quickly and clean up is under 5 minutes. It will hold up to a 12 pound turkey or chicken. I love it!!!

how big and what size this fryer? can I cook the whole turkey in it?

Only if it is extremely small.  I gave this to my granddaughter but it will not take a normal size turkey.  Size as I recall is useful for beef roasts, cakes etc.  Approx 12" inside diameter

ARE RACKS STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL?

The racks look like chrome plate, not stainless steel. As long as you don't use steel wool to clean it, it should last. I had mine over a year, and had purchase at least 5 units for friends and family.

The Temperature dial shows with a high setting of 480 degrees.

This oven cooks very well. Almost as good as the NuWave Pro. I have cooked everything you can think of in my oven.

Do you buy Extended Service Plan to cover 2-way shipping if this product break?

Newegg did not cover shipping when my Convection oven for replacement of a faulty rosewill convection oven.

Where do i get a cook book for this did not get one with it? Have never used it because of no Book don't know how to use it?

Use it and keep an eye on the food you are cooking for brownness, signs of overcooking, etc.

as a general rule of thumb, if it wakes 20 minutes in a conventional oven to cook your favorite food, this unit will take FIVE (5)..
40 minutes vs. 10                  60 min vs. 15.

It is a very useful device and quick about what does.

Question 9

Does anyone know where to get a replacement Quartz lighting element???, I have gone through three of these units so far, and have had all three quartz units fail!!! I hate to throw away the units, if they can be repaired.

I love the way these cook, but not so happy with the fail rate.

I don't know were you would obtain a new bulb, but you can still use the bottom piece as a large pot, and you can even purchase a separate lid to fit it.  Then you would at least be able to recycle part of it.
