Is this a 3 pin or 4 pin?

This fan has a 3 pin connection. Usually a 3 pin connection will work on a motherboards 4 pin connector. the guide for the pin connector is offset so it will accept either 3 pin or 4 pin.

Id say about 18-24" they fit in the front of my enthoo pro and had plenty of slack to go around the back of the mobo tray and plug into the board.

How is this considered to be a PWM fan with a 3 pin connection? Have never seen any other 3 pin fan claim to be such.

I don't believe this is Pwm. I think it used a resistor or similar setup to switch between 1200 and 900rpm.
