Question 1

Do you use this fan as your front or rear (or top/bottom if such applies to your case)?

I use them as rear and top exhaust because they are more powerful than my other case fans.  I have slower (less then 1000rpm sleeve bearing Cooler Master fans as intake fans).  The idea behind it is that it would create negative pressure in the case by making a 'suction' into it and outward, stream-lining the air flow.  I also had to use motherboard to adjust the rpm for these Rosewill fans because they are too loud at full volume and I also used Voltage limiter resistor thing to limit it's initial/minimum speed to cut down on noise too--that got me to about 1200-1300 rpm.  My motherboard is set up to rump up fan's speed based on how hot the processor is.

Question 2

How do you install these fans? I'm pretty confuse, because it's a different design from other 120m fans.

You can install them normally, by plugging them straight into your motherboard. Alternatively, if you have extra cables from your PSU that will support the PWM control (fan control), you can connect the fan control to your PSU and then to the fan and the knob on the fan control will let you manually adjust the speed of your fan.

Personally, the fans are usually fine on their own, so just installing them normally would be okay if there is enough airflow and your rig is kept clean.

Can you use multiple fans with one controller?

Probably so, but it depends on the controller. I would not connect multiple fans to a single fan header on a motherboard, but if you have an external controller, such as one mounted in a drive bay, it will support as many fans as it has headers, perhaps one or two more. As long as the output capacity is equal or greater than the demand of the fan(s) you should be fine. Look at the power specs for the fan(s) and fan controller and you should be able to determine that fairly easy.

I need the very small connector does this have it?

Not "very small".. no.  It comes with a 'regular' 3-pin fan connector.  You probably mean mini type of fan connector.. in case, no.  I've seen them on 60mm fans... this is not it.  This is bigger.  For your information, 4 pin headers are a little bigger still.

Question 5

How come no mention of the voltage in the specs??

My guess voltage is not mentioned is because it is delivered with a variable rheostat that will supply variable voltage to the fan at the 3 pin connector which standard is 12 vdc on yellow, speed sense on red, and black is ground.

Question 6

How can this be PWM if its a 3-pin?? And is this good to use as an exhaust?

It isn't a PWM fan.  This is a DC fan, 12 Volts.  If your motherboard can handle Q-curve, it can set this fan to run at variable speed based on duty cycle, but this is not a PWM fan (those come with 4 pin connectors.)

What you probably confused about is the controller--it allows you to change load on this fan so that the fan would work at different speed.  Once again, this fan is now Power Width Modulated.

What is the operating voltage? I will need a fan that can operate at 120vac.

no, this is 12V not 120V

What is the application?

If you are talking computer then they take 12V fans, not 120V.

120V is home/industrial type and computer place is the wrong place to look for such a fan.
