Question 1

Are the instructions correct with this unit?
I have just received my second one and It still doesn't work like the manual states.When I turn it on you cant control the temp unless it's off and if the temp is set to 350 it will show 350 from the start without the blinking till it gets to temp is this correct or faulty? I can get used to the way it is but it doesn't' work like the instructions state anyone else see it this way?

That's my experience as well. It seems to come up to temp rapidly enough, so it hasn't had an impact on the suggested cooking times/temps, though.

Question 2

When preheating, It is displayed 'E1' on the screen. 
After that, I could't control anything. Only I can plug out.
Also I send the e-mail support team. but I didn't response.

What's the mean 'E1' ?
How can i fix or control ?

Sorry.  I haven't experienced your problem.  If their support haven't emailed you yet, try calling their 800 number which is posted with their vendor information.

Question 3

You can't see through the product to see the food and if it's done.  Is there a problem with opening / closing the door when cooking?

No.  You can open it up and look inside and then close it and it will resume cooking.  It pauses your timer while it is open.
