How do I get new filters?

Search for "True HEPA Replacement Filter for RHAP-20001 & RHAP-20002" (w/o quotes), recently added at $29.99 each, limit 2 per order.

Since the filters are not replaceable, how are they cleaned?

This should apply to any filter used for a similar purpose. First - Don't get it wet. Water will cause the fibers to clump together and become less effective. Simply Vacuum the filter from the front side and/or Use compressed air from the back. The idea is to remove the dust without forcing it deeper into the fibers of the filter. Eventually you will have to replace it but this can extend the time between purchases.
