Where do I plug the usb plug in?

Plug it into any USB socket. But I never use that vacuum thing. I couldn't tell any difference between using it and not using it. I seriously doubt that making a vacuum while blending does a damned thing useful. But the blender is worth the price, so it's not a deal breaker for me.
