How can these be sharpened?
Would diamond impregnated stone work?
Or are they too brittle to ever sharpen?

Ceramic knives can be sharpened but it requires an expensive machine or a lot of time.  The blades are pretty close to the same hardness rating of industrial diamonds so you would need a lot of passes/friction with a stone to remove any measurable material to form an edge.  Your better bet is to buy a few extra set of these knives for the price of the sharpening service or machine.  I have seen a few sharpening machines (manual is laborious and dangerous) advertised to sharpen ceramic but have not tried them since it was cheaper and safer to buy another set.

What is the length of the blades?

Dear Shopper,
  I can't remember the length of the blades, except that the longest blade was not all that long, certainly not as long as some of the butcher knives in my kitchen drawers. I suspect that ceramic knives with long blades are too easily broken to be practical.  However, the knives were good quality and I was pleased with the purchase, as was my sister for whom they were purchased.
