Does the interior of the oven have a non-stick coating or is it stainless steel?

The interior appears to have a coating on it. I am not sure if this is a non-stick coating or not. Something to note: the baking pan does not fit into the grooves like the rack does but rather must be placed on the rack. This is a very basic toaster oven and all controls are analog (manual). It has been reliable so far and is very simple. If all you need is a basic and simple toaster oven, this may serve you well.

What size is the baking pan?

The outside edge of the pan measures approximately 12 & 7/8 inches (~32.7mm) X 9 & 3/4 inches (~24.7mm). There is a lip that is approximately 7/16 " (~11.2mm) all the way around. Note that the pan will not fit into the grooves that holds the rack but rather must be placed on the rack itself
