Will this work inside a fully enclosed unit?

It should work fine.  I have an overhead fixture where the 2 bulbs are completely inside of a globe (40 watt equivalent LED bulbs, not 60 watt) and they were a perfect replacement for the old 60 watt incandescents.  Plus, they generate virtually no heat.

are these daylight bright ???

Searching on google for daylight bright I get 5000K temperature. Based on that, the RL-W95001 LED bulb is daylight bright.

Question 3

I want this size bulb but in dim-able? Do you have it in this bright white?

You need to search for yourself, it's not that hard, search for light bulbs, on the left side there will be boxes to further restrict the choices found in the search, you can select that it be dim able, and you can select the bulb temperature, 4500K or higher is fairly white.

None was offered but it certainly a good idea. I spent about $100 converting the majority of my lights to LEDs. I was fortunate enough to get them for BOGO  or individually marked down HC price. I transferred the CFLs to closets and hallways that are lighted very infrequently. Keep checking Neeegg for sales and you will find them. Watch the wattage equivalency though. Most bulbs on sale are equal to 35-45 watts. They work well in multiple configurations like ceiling fans, baths and dining room chandileers. You'll want the 60 watt equivslent for individual lighting.

Are these bulbs rated for "base up" operation?  (e.g for use in a recessed ceiling fixture)

I do not know, but I would think they would be fine..

I like the light it throws off, but is not real bright..
