Pros: Works well most of the time.

Cons: Seems to drop out after a while of strenuous use.

Overall Review: Easy to install.

Pros: Extremely easy to configure. Win 8 needed no drivers. Win 7 needed drivers, so I got them from Rosewill site. Ubuntu and Mint needed no drivers. I interfaced with a Rosewill wireless router. DSL speed same as cable to ethernet. Printer now works wirelessly.

Cons: None

Pros: Small. Cheap. Ralink has a GPL chipset driver for Linux that's not difficult to install if you read the instructions carefully.

Cons: With two average sheetrock walls between the adapter and the router at a distance of about 30ft, this card can barely sustain a 20mbps SMB file transfer in an N-only environment. It only got that fast after I: (1) boosted the signal strength on my Asus RT-N16 router (running Tomato USB) to 70mW and (2) I put a +7dBi antenna on the card (comes with +2dBi). It was doing about 8mbps before these two changes. Also, would a low profile bracket be too much to ask?

Overall Review: If you don't use your network to do anything other than surf the web, or if your Internet connection is below 8mbps down, you probably won't notice how slow this card is. Go ahead and try it. It's one of the cheapest PCI N cards available. For everyone else, here's my humble opinion. For the price of a GOOD wireless N PCI card, you could flash Tomato USB or DD-WRT onto a product like the Asus RT-N12 (or Asus WL-520GU for people running G or looking for a USB port) and put the device in Wireless Bridge mode. The signal is stronger and you'll never worry about drivers. However, if you're committed to a card solution, get a 2 or 3 antenna model. To get this card to run at decent speeds, you have to be so close to your router/AP that you should probably just wire up.

Pros: Cheap! Wireless-n capable. Comes with low-profile bracket.

Cons: Low-profile bracket didn't fit entirely right, but well enough to work. Card was angled a bit when the screws were tightened down completely. Sounds like included driver package is troublesome for some folks, but I didn't use it (see other thoughts). Not sure about getting full N speeds with just a single antenna, but for my purposes it doesn't matter.

Overall Review: This card is based on the Ralink RT3060F chip. Toss the included CD immediately and just download the latest drivers directly from the Ralink website (ralinktech dot com). Correct package is labeled "PCI/mPCI/CB (RT2860 /RT2760 /RT2890 /RT2790 /RT306X /RT309X /RT35X2)". Current version is 3.1.8.0 and dated 7/29/2010.

Pros: Quick installation on windows XP. Good reception compared to my old usb receptor, which did not even pick up my router on the list). No drops occurred. My router is placed across a thick, wooden wall from the PC.

Cons: None so far.

Cons: When I installed it I quickly ran a speed test. My usual wireless speeds are around 12 mbps but when I ran the test on this new card it was a disappointing 4 mbps only... I started tinkering with the antenna trying to see if there was an optimal spot and eventually found out that if I left the antenna straight out (so it did not bend at all) my speed shot up from 4 mbps to 12 mbps... I'm not sure if this is due to the antenna design or if when it is pointing up I have something else interfering but I am finally getting the max speed provided by my ISP...

Overall Review: Try tinkering with the orientation of the antenna and if pointing it upwards does not work try pointing it straight out so it is horizontal with the floor... this seemed to have did the trick for me

Overall Review: Had to install driver for Ubuntu 10.04 from Ralink web site. Follow the instructions from the readme file and you shouldn't have a problem.

Pros: It wasn't DOA, I guess. I didn't pay full price. A pro I guess. First I gave to say, I have lived by Rosewill Wireless adapters the last two years. I have used the numerous PCI 300EX and LXs, and a bunch of G1s and G1Ws. I have even treaded the waters with that tiny USB short body there, (sorry can't recall the model number) and each has worked great. Never a prob, only one ever needed to be RMA'd. Also, Rosewill has always been the best at addressing the 64-bit, never any major issues there either.

Cons: Now the con, this N150PC is by far the worst modell I have ever used. I read through and noticed the constant low bar low strength rates for alot of folks, AFTEr I got it. Same here. Right next to the routers and poof nada, 2 bars at the most. I am not using N , so no AEs fix there. I am a bit privvy to the nuances of wireless, and I have tried everything under roof. Nothing fixes the strength. I saw rosewill also suggest bad antenna, well, got plenty of those. Long cable rounded base, even a few larger Linksys that fit the thread, just doesn't make a difference. This model has somthing seriously wrong with it.

Overall Review: I have to say to folks, take it from me, A rosewill lover, and buyer of numerous Rosewill products, this particular adapter is junkie pooh.
